Every Thursday we are making special flavors. Currently, the special flavor is Nutella. To add Nutella pasteis to your pre-order, just select the “Nutella Pastel Pick-Up” option.

We do walk ins, and we make fresh batches throughout the day. Once a batch sells out, we start taking pre-orders for the next batch or for later batches in the day.
There is not yet a specific time where we can guarantee walk-in orders will get served because if we get big orders in the morning, we will quickly sell out. Due to the artisanal nature of our product, we can only produce a limited number of pasteis per hour, but we are working to scale as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality.

The best way to guarantee your order is by pre-ordering.
For orders of up to 12 Pasteis, we ask for a 30min lead time.
For orders up to 30 Pasteis, we ask for 45min
For orders larger than that, please book as far in advance as possible and we will accommodate you as quickly as possible.

**You can pay for your order in-store at the time of pick up. If your order is larger than 48 pasteis, you can ask for an online payment link.
***Unpaid orders will only be held for 1 hour past the scheduled pick up time, unless you reach out to reschedule prior to that
****Paid orders will be held until the end of the day then discarded, unless you reach out before prior to closing to reschedule your pick-up
